I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising, and traveling. I am a licensed team member with over 25 years of experience, and I have been an Insurance Representative with Cindy Fierro for 14 years. My goal is to provide exceptional service for every customer and remain dedicated to finding the right policies to suit their needs. I’m bilingual, I have excellent problem-solving skills, and I’m incredibly knowledgeable about Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life.

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and started with State Farm in December of last year. I am currently attending El Paso Community College and will be transferring to UTEP to continue my major in Biology. I love the Lord, I have been married to my husband for 36 years, I have a beautiful daughter who has blessed me with two grandbabies, and I have a Yorkie. I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for State Farm with Cindy Fierro since April 2024. Apart from customer service, I also have a career background in veterinary technology. I spend majority of my free time with my pets and my family, and love meeting new people and traveling. I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and have been the Marketing Service Assistant for Cindy Fierro since August of 2021. Prior to this office, I worked with my grandfather Manny Morales who was a State Farm agent for over 50 years. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and worked with a state agency for several years. I have a wonderful husband and 3 beautiful children one of whom has Down syndrome. My family and I are involved with Gigi’s Playhouse which is an Achievement Center for People with Down syndrome, Girl Scouts, and several other community organizations. On my free time I enjoy being with my family and friends, traveling, and working within the community.

My name is Vanessa Caro currently working with State Farm Insurance as a Customer Service Representative which is something that I enjoy doing. I returned to the Insurance Business recently and I can't wait to learn more and grow with this company. Helping people and guiding them to make sure they have the coverage they need. The key to that is getting to know them and treating them as family in my opinion is very important. I value family a lot I have one son who is my everything and we love being adventurous. My name is Alma Garcia, I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I have been a licensed Team Member with Cindy Fierro since May of this year. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Texas at El Paso. My dream has always been to become a veterinarian to help animals in need. I love all animals, (including snakes) and would love to be able to help them in any way I can. My hobbies include watching movies, working out, and shopping.
